Mummu rides a bike

Tämä Mo's "Mummu pyöräilee" -kuva on täydellinen mun äidille. Vielä 82-vuotiaana (huomaa pelikorttien numerot ;D) hän on loistavassa kunnossa, pyöräilee ja kävelee monta kilometriä joka päivä !
Lyhtypylvässtanssi on Magnolian ja Jim Holtzin filmirullan alle olen laittanut kirjaimet LOVE. Vaikka äiti on sitä ikäpolvea, jonka 4-vuotisen kansakoulun aikana ennen toista maailman sotaa ei englantia opetettu, niin ton sanan hänkin tietää :D Pelikotit on äidin tädin peruja jostain 1950-luvulta.

This Mo's image "Mummu rides a bike" is just perfect for my mother on Mother's Day - next Sunday here in Finland . Still at the age of 82 (see the numbers in the play cards ;D) she is in excellent heath, walks and rides a bike several kilometres daily !
Lamp post die is Magnolia's and under Jim Holtz's film I placed letters LOVE. When she went to the elementary school (total four years) before the Second World War they didn't teach any English but that is a word even she knows :D Play cards are inherited from my mother's aunt, from 1950's.

King of the Day

Multa pyydettiin 60v. korttia miehelle. Siis ne on niin vaikeita, kun ei voi laittaa pitsiä, kukkia ja muuta ihanaa naisellista ! ;D Mä tungin tähän nyt sit kaikkea miehelle sopivaa mitä jemmoistani löysin: pelikortteja, paidannappeja, metallirattaita, shampanjapullon...
Leimakuva on Mo's "King of the Day", ruudullinen  paperi MD Vintage Autumn Basics XVI. Kellotaulut on leikattu samasta paperista. Pelikortit on oikeasti vanhoja jostain 1950-luvulta, filmirulla on Jim Holtzin ja metallirattaat Paperilohikäärmeestä. Shampanjapulloa en muista mistä.

I was asked for a card for a 60-years-man. Oh, they are so hard when you can't use any lace, flowers or other femine stuff ! ;D I manage to find these manly things from my stash: playing cards, shirt buttons, metal cog, champange bottle...
Digi image is Mo's "King of the Day", sash paper is MD Vintage Autumn Basics XVI. Clocks are cut from that same paper. Playing cards are real and very old, like from 1950's, film is Jim Holtz and metal cogs are from Paperilohikäärme. Can't remember where I got the champagne bottle.

Kevät / Spring

Tästä kortista ei liima ole ehtinyt kuivua kun jo länttäsin sen tänne, oli kiire ehtiä yhteen haasteeseen ;D. Heti piti päästä puuhaamaan jotain uusista tosi ihanista Pion Designin "A Day in May" -papereista !

The glue in this card hasn't dried yet, because I was in hurry to get it one of the challenges ;D I had to get immediately something done out of my new (so lovely !) Pion Design's "A Day in May" -papers !
